When will I receive my order?
Orders are generally dispatched 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via City Link 24hr courier service. Delivery within mainland UK will take no longer then 48hrs from dispatch. Ireland & Scottish highlands may take 3-5 days while Europe can take up to 8 days depending on location . Any delays/late deliveries are out of our control as we use a third party courier service.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once an order has been placed tracking details will be provided when the item has been dispatched. You can then track your order online by visiting www.city-link.co.uk to check the status of your parcel.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes we do. Standard delivery applies to Mainland UK only. If you live outside of Mainland UK there is an additional surcharge which has to be paid. If you live in the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Mann, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or Europe please email us for a quote for shipping to your location.
Can I select the day for delivery?
Yes you can. When you checkout, please use the form to notify us exactly when you would like to have your item delivered. We use a Next Day delivery service which only takes place during weekdays.
How do I cancel my order?

Do you ship to a PO Box or BFPO?
No, unfortunately the couriers we use to ship our products require a physical address as items need to be signed for.
How much does the Vibration Plate weigh?
The FitnessForm Vibration Plate weighs 18kg and can easily be stored under a bed or in a cupboard if space is tight unlike the standard vibration machine with upright body support that are significantly larger in size.

How often should I use my FitnessForm Vibration Plate?
For beginners to vibration training it is recommended to use the FitnessForm vibration plate for about ten minutes every other day. Firstly start on a low level and slowly build up as you go along to achieve results, by spending 30-60 seconds on each exercise.
Do I need help/ support when using the Vibration Plate?
No, the vibration plate base is large in which you can not only stand on the plate, but also sit on it to do your exercises. Also the natural unaided balancing position will give you better results. However if you feel like you need some form of support place the vibration plate close to a wall or a chair for support. Please refer to the instruction manual for basic exercises.
Do I have to assemble the Vibration Plate?
No, all you have to do is just plug it into a power point. Please refer to instruction manual.
What is the difference between the oscillation and linear vibration?
Oscillation vibration is also referred to as pivotal in which the vibration plate moves from side to side like a see-saw movement. It is beneficial as muscles contract alternately, just like when you are walking, in which the same muscles on both sides of the body never engage at the same time. A side-alternating vibration is a very important component for improving balance and posture. This form of vibration works all muscle groups.
Linear vibration is also referred to as vertical which has an up and down movement. This form of vibration works larger muscles.
What is the difference between AC and DC power?
The difference between AC and DC power is the way in which electricity flows. AC power supply is more efficient as the electrons travel forwards and backwards, retain more energy, generate more power in which the vibration plate uses less energy and the motor lasts longer. Whereas with the DC power, the electrons move in one direction and slowly lose energy.
What is the Warranty period?
The FitnessForm vibration plate comes with a 2 year Warranty. The warranty applies to cost for parts and labour only.
What is your return policy?
We are confident that you will be happy with your FitnessForm vibration plate. If you are not completely satisfied we do offer a 28 day money back guarantee. All returns made during this period will be refunded in full minus the cost of delivery and return costs as long as the vibration plate is returned in original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. Before returning the vibration plate you should contact us on 020 8908 4331 to discuss reason for return and whether we may resolve any problems you have with the vibration plate or to arrange a return.
