I am in my 50’s and was starting to feel very stiff in my lower body. Standing and sitting on the vibro plate immediately relieved the stiffness. I also lay back on it ito relieve the tension in my upper back which was getting very painful. When I do yoga stretches and other poses on the vibro plate it helps me stretch further.
